Bought 2 gas fire place lighters and they don't work!!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I will never buy this product again unless I get more helpful problem solving from BIC. I was extremely disappointed.

Poor quality

I told the service rep to product I bought and I requested some type of refundt. This was a shaving razor. Tried a cpl different and non seemed to work after 2 shzves
